EMAILED: 4/10/2006 Hi Amanda, Thank you for voicing your intention to re-schedule the proposed meeting to hear the concerns of Hills residents. Our community's Association is appreciative of your time and hopes we can establish a productive communication flow. However, there seems to be a difference of criteria for the meeting as regards what was stated, understood and agreed by you and conveyed to the Association on behalf of the community. At the risk of repetition, our position is simple; we were promised a meeting with Trevor Betts, the developer, and his planning advisers a long time ago. This was delayed by you for various reasons but at no time were we told that he would not attend. When a meeting date finally eventuates you inform us at the last minute that he will not be present. The Association simply wishes to re-schedule the original promised meeting as soon as possible. Please be advised that the Hon. Helen Morton MLC has also requested that she attends the same meeting with the outcome to provide herself with answers to concerns that her constituents have raised with the project. In order that 'accurate information be transferred' I would like to repeat my previous requests for details of the number and block sizes in the planned 'Group Housing' and 'Aged Care' sites. Regards, Mike Davies --------------------
